Brian Platz
Brian is the Co-founder and Co-CEO of Fluree, PBC. He was an entrepreneur throughout the early internet and SaaS boom, having founded the A-list apart web development community and several successful SaaS companies. Previously, Brian co-founded SilkRoad Technology, which grew to over 2,000 customers and 500 employees across 12 global offices. He serves on boards for Fuel50 and Odigia, and advises Fabric Inc.
Andrew “Flip” Filipowski

Flip is a highly successful high-tech entrepreneur, philanthropist, and industry visionary serving as Co-founder and Chairman of Fluree. He previously served as COO of Cullinet and founded PLATINUM technology, growing it to the 8th largest software company globally before its $4 billion sale to Computer Associates. Upside Magazine named him one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Information Technology. He co-founded SilkRoad Equity and Tally Capital, and has been involved with numerous enterprises including Fuel 50, Veriblock, and MissionMode.
Eliud Polanco
Eliud is a seasoned data executive with extensive experience leading global enterprise data transformation. Before joining Fluree as President, he served as Head of Analytics at Scotiabank, Global Head of Analytics and Big Data at HSBC, head of Anti-Financial Crime Technology Architecture at Deutsche Bank, and Head of Data Innovation at Citi. He led full-spectrum data transformation initiatives for on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Chase Summers
Chase is Fluree’s EVP of Operations, where he focuses on scaling the company’s go-to-market motion and operational foundation. Previously, Chase was Chief Revenue Officer at Dataedo, a data governance platform, where he commercialized the business and built its global presence. He led and scaled customer-facing teams across the U.S. and Poland while expanding Dataedo’s presence worldwide. He’s led collaborations with organizations such as Disney, SpaceX, and the U.S. Treasury, and established partnerships across five continents.
Peter Serenita
Peter was one of the first Chief Data Officers in financial services and a 28-year JPMorgan veteran holding key business and IT positions, including Chief Data Officer of the Worldwide Securities division. He subsequently became HSBC’s first Group Chief Data Officer and served as Enterprise Chief Data Officer for Scotiabank. Currently, he chairs the Enterprise Data Management Council and was a member of the Financial Research Advisory Committee under the U.S. Department of Treasury.
Mark Silverman
Following nine years leading a bank turnaround in the Dominican Republic (acquired by Scotiabank at 2.7x book value), Mark founded Alberdi Advisory Corporation in 2018 for advisory services across biotechnology, technology, distribution, and financial services. He serves on multiple boards including MPX and Fluree. Prior experience includes leadership at MasterCard, IBM/PwC, Kearney, BBVA, and Citibank across 30+ countries.
Julia Bardmesser
Julia is a technology, architecture, and data strategy executive with over 30 years transforming financial services companies including Voya Financial, Deutsche Bank, Citi, FINRA, and Freddie Mac. She chairs the Technology Advisory Council for Women Leaders in Data & AI. Julia has received recognition including the 2023 engatica World’s Top 200 Business and Technology Innovators list, 2022 WLDA Changemaker in AI award, and CDO Magazine’s Global Data Power Women list for three consecutive years.
Sudeep Nadkarni
Sudeep brings decades of experience scaling managed services and high-tech product firms. He has driven multiple ventures and turnarounds resulting in one IPO and three $1B+ exits, with VC/PE firms entrusting him with key executive roles in new opportunities, global sales, operations, and post-merger integrations. He has broad international experience across the US, UK, Middle East, Asia, and Africa, and is passionate about innovative Web 3.0 products with embedded governance and compliance.
Robert Grossman
Robert has worked in data science, machine learning, big data, and distributed computing for over 25 years. He is the Jim and Karen Frank Director of the Center for Translational Data Science at the University of Chicago and Principal Investigator for the Genomic Data Commons, one of the largest harmonized cancer genomics collections globally. He founded Analytic Strategy Partners in 2016 and previously founded Open Data Group (now ModelOp) and Magnify (now part of Lexis-Nexis).
